Return & Refund Policy

At Palmera Elite Car Rental, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund terms before booking:

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Partial or No Refunds:

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental may not be eligible for a refund.

    • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours of booking time) are non-refundable.

Early Returns

  • If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be issued for unused days unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.

Vehicle Condition & Return

  • Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

  • Excessive dirt, smoke odor, or interior damage may incur cleaning or repair charges and be deducted from any refund or result in additional charges.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
