At Palmera Elite Car Rental, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund terms before booking:
Cancellations & Refunds

Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

Partial or No Refunds:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental may not be eligible for a refund.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 12 hours of booking time) are non-refundable.

Early Returns

If you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period, no refund will be issued for unused days unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking.
Vehicle Condition & Return

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Excessive dirt, smoke odor, or interior damage may incur cleaning or repair charges and be deducted from any refund or result in additional charges.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
