Welcome to Palmera Elite Car Rental. By booking a vehicle or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Rental Requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license.

  • An international driving permit may be required for non-residents.

  • A valid ID or passport must be presented upon vehicle delivery.

  1. Rental Duration & Delivery

  • Minimum rental period may vary depending on location (e.g., 2 days for Abu Dhabi).

  • Delivery and pickup services are available to hotels and airports for AED 50 each way.

  • Vehicle return time must match the agreed rental period. Late returns may incur extra charges.

  1. Payment & Deposit

  • All bookings must be paid in full before vehicle delivery.

  • No deposit is required unless otherwise stated for specific vehicles or circumstances.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and approved online payment methods.

  1. Insurance & Responsibility

  • All rentals include full insurance.

  • The renter is liable for damages caused by reckless driving, violation of traffic laws, or driving under the influence.

  • In case of accident or damage, the renter must immediately notify Palmera Elite.

  1. Fuel Policy

  • All vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

  • Fuel charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

  1. Prohibited Use

  • Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.

  • Smoking inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited and may result in cleaning fees.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the vehicles to maintain cleanliness and avoid damage.

  • Any violation of these terms may lead to additional charges or termination of the rental agreement.

  1. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental start time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

  1. Liability

  • Palmera Elite is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings at our discretion.

  1. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

  • Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
