At Palmera Elite Car Rental, we provide fast, reliable delivery of our rental vehicles across Dubai and selected cities in the UAE. Here's everything you need to know about how delivery works:

Delivery Locations & Fees

  • Dubai: Hotel and residential delivery available — AED 50 each way.

  • Dubai International Airport (DXB): Pickup and drop-off available — AED 50 each way.

  • Abu Dhabi: Available for luxury and sports cars only — minimum rental of 2 days required.

  • Other Emirates: Available upon request — additional fees and minimum rental duration may apply.

Delivery Timing

  • Delivery time is arranged at the time of booking and depends on availability.

  • We aim to deliver your vehicle promptly and on time according to your scheduled rental start.

  • Delays due to traffic or force majeure will be communicated as early as possible.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must be present at the agreed delivery location with valid ID, driving license, and any required documents.

  • For hotel and airport deliveries, please provide accurate check-in/check-out times to ensure smooth coordination.

Missed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, rescheduling may incur additional delivery fees.

  • If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed drop-off time, late fees may apply.

Modifications

  • Delivery details can be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
